Alignment Pricing

In order to simplify the ordering process I publish my fees which are "suggested". But its my belief that when clients are involved in setting the program fee, our relationship is strengthened, not diminished. I call this alignment pricing and think its more efficient and productive than the typical proposal process which usually wastes time and energy and erodes trust. So if you're interested in a program but are concerned about the suggested fee, please contact me because there may be an opportunity for alignment.

Turnkey Programs

My business model translates to "more bang for the buck" for my clients because I maximize the "WOW" work and minimize what's not. What supports this model is my unique combination of skills and experience.

Coaching and facilitation skills identify and resolve what's blocking progress and keep everyone on the same page and moving forward together. Business and technical experience means a quick grasp and surfacing of the most important issues and objectives. Creative and marketing skills means integrating differentiation, content development and community building to increase relationships, brand awareness and responsiveness.

Where | How

I work solo and have collaborative partners for large or special projects. For face-to-face client work, my office is located in Belmont MA where I have conference room facility for small groups and workshops. I conduct client on-site projects and 1/2 day and full-day group sessions in the New England territory. Additional travel day(s) are required beyond that. I use the BaseCamp project system for all programs (optional for coaching programs). I coach individuals by telephone, landline preferred.
